does the public profile exhibit all the information provided to Randstad Digital?
Your public profile does not include all data you provide to Randstad Digital. Your contact details are only shared with potential employers for interviews or to begin working together, and your assessment results are only shared with companies when you are matched to their job and you have confirmed your interest in the job. We do have several features on our R&D roadmap to allow for more granular sharing permissions.
how are profiles accessed, and who has visibility to them?
Profiles are visible to anyone with your profile link; however, we do not publish profile URLs or provide companies with the ability to browse developer profiles. If you consent, we may include your profile link in a Torc newsletter or in other promotions, such as earning an award like the Torc Productivity Award.
how does Randstad Digital protect my personal information?
Randstad Digital takes security very seriously. We operate in a zero trust architecture and do not let anyone access our talent database. Torc members can view their public profile and edit their public profile on their own. We do not share any data with clients until the user has applied for a specific job.
is there a fee to join the Randstad Digital Talent Community?
Joining Randstad Digital's Talent Community is free. We encourage you to create a profile and take advantage of the community resources available to tech, product development, marketing and creative professionals.
I got the invitation for one assessment. Can I take other skill assessments?
Of course! We encourage you to take all skill-based assessments that fit your skillset. You can mail us at assessments@torc.dev for the other skill assessment invites.
